Description
This is part of a large batch of marmalade which we are making with a literal tonne of new season bitter oranges we imported just before Brexit from Huerta Ave Maria, a large organic estate near Seville. The idea is to have a marmalade that has enough sugar to set but isn’t too sweet. At the cafés we are currently offering it with our crêpes together with a shot of Grand Marnier to make something which is quite close to Crêpes Suzette
